Our fitness suite is equipped with Matrix equipment that is user-friendly. We have over 50 workstations meaning that you will always be able to access the equipment that you want, when you want it.

The Pool

Our 25 metre, four lane pool caters for children, adults and class sessions.

Alongside the pool, and included in any pool use, is our sauna cabin which provides an excellent means to unwind.
